If there are any 3D printer folks out there looking for a profitable project I got one for ya.
The Derya TM-22 is a joyful little plinker with the nice feature of last-round hold open. However, the bolt stays open by function of the magazine, the instant the mag is ejected the bolt slams shut making flagging the chamber an awkward two-handed maneuver.
I'm picturing a 3D printed 'MAG-FLAG'. A shorter faux mag that extends below the magwell enough for a key ring and cloth "remove before firing" flag. That should satisfy any RO. Most importantly it would allow for one-handed flagging.
I could buy another 10rnd mag, remove the spring/follower and paint it orange. That would cost $30cnd so if there were a 3D-printed MAG-FLAG for $20 I'd probably buy that. These little guns are getting more popular so maybe there's a market forming.
