  • Keep the Walther PPQ and the Glock 22

You must truly be new to shooting... There is no real "need" for a restricted... It's all about want. You obviously like all three, so keep the ones you've already bought and go get the third one.

The more guns you have in the same caliber just means that's more shared ammo and fewer choices to take to the range.

It's bad enough having to pick which which ones you're going to show love to and take to the range before having to verify that you have ammo for all of them. I just picked up a carbine in a pistol caliber to same myself from buying another caliber so that brings me up to five 9mm's. You can't have enough. When you run out of storage in the safe, go buy another safe.
 
None of your available options would be on my want list, so I can't really comment on your poll. (M&P for me!!)

.40 is a useless round, unless you want the extra energy for defensize purposes. 9mm is the way to go for range games if you aren't reloading your own ammo. If you are, then .45 will get you the most recycles out of your brass.
