Just a thread for everyone to show their noveskes, a few years ago this would be a thread with minimal showings.but since noveskes are coming across the border in larger numbers it would be nice for everyone to share photo's and talk about what they love or what they would change on their rifle.

I could not and still cannot find the Noveske I wanted so I set out to build it exactly the way I wanted it.
I purchases the lower soon after John Noveske passed and it took me over a year to complete the project 100%. The rifle shoots .5moa using 77gr Nosler Custom Competitions off a bench with front and rear bags.
With the Surefire brake the rifle shoots completely flat.
I will be bringing it to Barney's CQB clinic in Petawawa next month.

I started out with a Gen1 Noveske lower and a stripped Noveske upper.
All parts added to the rifle are genuine Noveske or parts which were purchased through Noveske OEM suppliers such as CMT.
Exceptions to the rule Phase 5 Tactical Gen 2 bolt release.
Surefire SOCOM muzzle brake
KNS gen 2 anti rotation pins.
Noveske 13.5" NSR rail
Noveske 14.5" medium weight SS 1-7" twist polygonal rifles barrel (Afghan)
Noveske marked. Troy BUIS
Noveske marked BCM Gunfighter charging Handle.
Noveske STS right hand safety
Noveske marked push pins
Noveske hand stop
Noveske KX5 new smaller diameter pig (not installed)

Just wondering where are all these Noveske rifles that are flowing north...They still seem rare as hens teeth from my vantage...Clue me in please as I have tasted the candy and would like some more.

They still are a bit harder to find but. Compared to when I tried finding parts in 2008. It was hard to even find a kx3 piggy. Now more suppliers are carrying thier partss and I see more builds and complete rifles. Hopefully this thread and members can help you find parts in this thread.
 
I'll play along. Old pic. Have swapped out the trigger to Geissele SSAE, Lantac brake, 60degree ambi safety, Raptor Noveske ambi charging handle and Eotech Gen3 magnifier.
Might put her up for sale as she's been a safe queen. =o(

To be honest, most of the comps on the market are very identical when it comes to recoil reduction, concussion its when they differ, but generally all comps are loud and brutal. Tried the PWS and didnt like it, Griffin is very similar to Battlecomp but much cheaper. One more thing, since Im using the Vltor A5 system with the 6oz buffer, the recoil is light and sweet. So I guess it the combination of the A5 and comp.
