Cam-Pro bullets VS PRVI bullets, accuracy

Wondering if anyone has done load development on Cam-Pro 55gr FMJBT or PRVI partisan 62gr FMJBT or both.
Am wondering what the best accuracy that can be achieved with these lo cost products?

If anyone is wondering I have done load development on the cam pro bullet with one powder (CFE 223) out of an AR that shoots V-max to just Sub MOA (.8-.9), and I got just under 2MOA with the best load, so I know that bullet will shoot at least that well.

Looking forward to hearing what other reloaded / load devolepers experience has been with these bullets.
 
Have tried the Cam-Pro 55 grain and the PPU 69 grain HPBT. I was trying to find alternatives to Sierra 69 grain and Hornady 68 grain with the PPU. The best results were about the same as with Hornady 68's (~1.5 MOA 10-shot groups at 100 yards).

For volume loads, its hard to beat the CamPro 55's. Groups are 25%-30% larger on average than the 68/69 grain bullets but for my uses (AR run-and-gun) this is more than adequate.
 
So far for an FMJ the hornady has been the best all round for accuracy and the only fmj bt projectile that is possible of Moa ish group size.

My combo is cfe and hornady for both the match 68 and the 55 fmj.

Cfe seems to work well. Even better than varget for me.
 
My rifle seems to like the campro's, first day I had it out I threw together some handloads with campro's to function test and I shot a .635 centre to centre group. Load was once fired brass, fully prepped, 24.5gr IMR4895, CCI primer, and a 55gr fmj campro loaded to book length. To be fair I've never tried prvi.
 
I think the question is a bit too general. If you name your rifle, barrel length and twist, people can give you a better answer. There is a vast difference from ARs to heavy barrel bolts with less twist.

The largest variable for accuracy vs weight is the barrel.
 
CamPro is a brand that I now avoid. I consistently see random bullets in the 500 bulk packs. Hollow points are often filled with (ceramic?) grit or small beads. All bullets are tarnished to brown from a new (sealed) box on two occasions. I have also observed that a 500 count is always less than 500. IMHO, terrible quality control...

I have had very good results with the Hornady .224 55 gr FMJ-BT with cannelure (#2267/2267B)

Higginson Powders Inc. sell a Hornady bulk case of 6,000 for $894 + shipping (shipping cost is usually very reasonable - case weighs about 22 kg / 48 lb) To save you the math, that's $14.90/100 or $74.50/500

6,000 may be more than you need but you could consider a group purchase...
