Hey guys, just picked up a new box of 1000 Cam Pro 9mm 124gr HP's, was going to chuck them in with the others and noticed that they are a bit different. The older ones have a recessed base, the new ones do not and may be slightly convex. Anybody else notice this? Gonna phone Cam Pro Monday to ask. I am wondering if case volume will change much. Thanks.
 
unless your near the max charge i would load a some up and see how they compare, then decide from that point.
 
Not near max as still in testing stage, but it would be nice if they shoot the same. OAL of the bullets are slightly different as well, but I am guessing the ogive is the same.

Sorry for the delay. I was not in yesterday.
Yes our new bullets do not have concave/recessed profile. We have also changed the depth of the hollow point and stripped the copper inside the hollow point to increase the expansion. Yes the ogive is the same. Yes the volume of the case will change but very slightly ( 0.010 inch in height). We suggest that you do not change the OAL because the variation in the impact will be very small if any at all.
