Camera/Device adapter to Picatinney Rail

We wish to mount devices such as a Terrapin X and red dot to Picatinney rails on a spotting scope. Would appreciate advice on best adapter.

What kind of spotting scope do you have ? I have leupold Mark 4 spotting scope and use optic hub from kinetic development group, really love it.
It might worth to check it out.

Will probably use Bushnell Tactical. Went on KDG site but was not sure which part would be suitable - can you please help with this?
