Cobra Imaging in B.C. is great. Awesome work, has held up very well, and great guys to deal with!! Here is the stock they did for me in carbon fiber.

Yep 1 outstanding company and you can get them to put a protective finish on it that will help against corrosion!

Plus they are a site sponser & great guys to deal with!

APA Innovations in Biggar Saskatchewan also does custom dipping. They are a compound bow manufacterer and they also dip their own equipment. I had my shotgun done there last summer and it turned out great! If you google them, and get to their home page, click on the tab on the left that says Film Dipping. The shotgun at the top of the page is mine. Awesome work with a pretty quick turn around time. Great people too!

I checked with The Gun Dealer and they're having some problems with the guy they source it out to. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone said that turn-around time on the guns they send in can take as long as 3 months or more, since the guy doing it also does work for some manufacturers too...so I guess he does a good job, just takes him a while to get around to it.

I'm going to check in with some of the others mentioned and see what kind of luck I have. Thanks again for the help, fellas!

I checked out Drop Tines web site...they show a couple examples...the rifle and shotgun have scopes on and look really nice ......and there in Ottawa

Just got an e-mail back...$90 to get a stock dipped...sounds good

ya digital camo. i wasn't a fan but i liked a few of the others i saw. how was it it use? is is as durable as "professionals"?

I used it on a few light switches, picture frames and a paintball gun plastic hopper. I didnt clear coat it and a day after used a key to scratch it to see how 'well it would take a twig' it left a mark. I figure with some clear coat it would be perfect.

i've been considering dipping the frame on my pistol... mabe the slide too. it will get used and abused so i'm not sure if if would work well or not. if it does i was thinking about doing my mag pouches and holster too. i may do them 1st actually so i can practice before doing the expensive gun

Exactly never hurts trying. I gotta buy a new set.
