Mossberg makes a 510 Super Bantam but only in 20 gauge (and .410) in camo. The Beretta XtremaII comes without kickoff comes with two different shims that you put infront of the recoil pad. You have three choices - big shim, little shim, or no shim at all. I'm guessing that no shim at all would put you damned close to 13". If you have the one with kick-off then you can't shorten it as much (because of the kick-off mechanism of course!). That said, the Xtrema hardly qualifies as a suitable "ladies-gun" in the sense that it's pretty chunky otherwise, with the big over-molded grips etc... If you think she might be interested and you guys up up Halifax way sometime, I'd be happy to take the shims out of mine for her to handle to see what she thinks (in exchange for a lobster or two of course - LOL!).
