Duracoat is very easy to apply, unlike Armacoat does not require baking. Have you considered doing it yourself? I tried it and was very satisfied. Just a thought.
 
WOW EC, what do you know about ArmaCoat ??? they are EXCATLY the same product to me. I was the first canadian to sell duracoat, i have used it for 2 year, i stop because the shipping fee's where very high. Since then, i use and sell ArmaCoat, a canadian product owned by a member here, i have more than 100 gun's painted, i never bake or heat my paint, just like duracoat... I don't know who tell you that you have to bake Armacoat but it's totaly FALSE.

You are right about one point, it is very easy to do, if you take your time and have the tooling to do it... and i know a LOT of members here, have done VERY VERY nice job by themself using Armacoat...

I've used Armacoat, works great and does not require baking.

You can get Armacoat from Murdoc on this site, he's great to work with and will provide you with all the advice you need to get he job done like a pro.

Good for you, I am proud of you. I was told by Barret Arms that it has to be baked so take it up with them.
 
Definately get in touch with Murdoc. I just got the metal work from a M70 back from him today and it looks great. This is the first rifle I had coated but it won't be the last.
