camo polytech M14 question

Has anyone seen both the camo and black stock models together..Is the metal a darker finish on the camo models? more black than grey or is it just the lighting from camera pics? Can these stocks be painted..thanks

I have seen them both and the metal looked the same on both the camo and the black ones. The camo ones look horrible in person, more so than on the net.

i thought the camo was better in person.. i nearly bought one in it .. and in NZ bush it actually camos very well ..

metal is the same

and yes you could lightly sand the stock, use a plastic primer and paint away.. im going to be doing mine later this week
