How would you camo a Marlin SS lever gun?
And painting is the last option to consider.
I was planning to Para cord the lever anyway.

You may not agree with a camo rifle.
For 35 years hunting neither did I.

But the most successful guys I know hunting the coastal black tails around here are 100% camo.
That is the stand hunters.
And non truck hunters LOL

It was pointed out that the bucks are often taken close and a bit of my grey hair or SS gun will be a give away.

So how would you camo a Marlin SS lever gun?

Some sort of stick on type stuff seems better to me... then it can be undone as well. You can paracord wrap the buttstock as well as the lever to save sticky reside. Just my thoughts anyways... I've never done this aside from a lever wrap

Not a Marlin but I wrapped my .44 mag full length stock Henry Mare's Leg in Mossy Oak Camo Skin to protect the brass and wood as this is my goto carry around my cabin, brush and deer rifle. So far the camo skin is holding up well.

If it's SS, I would ceracoat it matte black.

Camo is cool, but just not on a lever, this is purely a matter of cosmetics, but camo wrap on a lever is just blasphemy to me.

The short lever above looks fine, I just wouldn't do it.

This looks good ROC.
A excellent texada island rifle.
What caliber?

For less than $10 I buy a roll of cloth camo tape and cut it to fit over every part. It doesn't require a lot of time and it's easily removed afterwards. I don't paint anything unless it's really old and crappy.

I saw some camo toilet paper for sale one time and thought it was a good idea, except white toilet paper gives a nice visual indication where not to step in the woods.

I've been bowhunting for forty years, so I get going full camo, but I honestly don't believe a walnut/blued rifle will have any impact on the outcome... movement and scent will.

Edit; just noticed the rifle is Stainless... just tape the barrel and tube, if you gotta.

hey mate , loko it seems cliché to be camo right up an what not but when I first got a stainless T3 the barrel stood out like a Light Saber wand off star wars ey!
so I cammed it, I predominatly have blued barrels for the stealth factor.....

in tight bush stalking or ambush hunting every bit of camo helps, but I hope you wear a Face mask whilst hunting? this is hugely over looked when it comes to huntin

Camo Tape works fine on SS Firearms, easy on, easy off
