CAMPRO 147gr. .30 CAL BULLETS

I have used them. They were very close in weight, in fact the variation in the lot I received was better than the Hornadys I was previously using. They look great and they shoot very, very well.

I'm using them in my 300 Blk and they work fine. They are a good plinking round but I dont find them quite as accurate as the other bullets I shoot but I will certainly buy some more.

are they copper plated or are they jacketed?

Best I can tell is that the .30 cal. Rifle bullets are FMJ. While the pistol bullets are plated.

Their company description calls them "extra thick plated".

Campro rifle bullets are jacketed, not plated.

Jacketed bullets, and yes they are good. I have got them upto just 0ver 3200fps and they are accurate up to 500 yards the the wind will start wreaking havock with them. I prefer to refer to them as my laser beams, fast and straight.

KellyP just to flame you.... They aren't a laser beam until you put something like a 30-378 behind it to give it a kick in the ass.... Probably would launch it in the vicinity of 3700 FPS
