Can a H&R 12g barrel be cut down and set up for Rem chockes ??

Ellwood epps, they quoted me for a winchoke... we can install a WinChoke system into this gun, which will cost approximately $55.00 for the choke, and $155.00 for the reducer attachment. Labour cost for this work will be $100.00, with a turnaround timeframe of approximately 3 weeks once we receive the parts from Brownells (6-8 weeks).
 
What isthe outside diameter of the barrel where you want it cut? Remchoke tubes should only be fitted if the OD of the barrel is at least 0.850". There are probably many gunshops that can do the reaming and threading.
 
If you were in Vancouver it could be done by Reliable Gun. I do not know gunsmiths in the Toronto area.
