No, I think it's about the principle, not the money.
There comes a point when you need to ask yourself how much your time is worth. Lol. It’s gonna cost less than a box of 9mm. Lol
That only applies if it's about the money. You can't put a price tag on principle. Some people are pushover, others will take a matter to the bitter end regardless of the financial costs associated with doing so.
No one is right or wrong, it's all about what's right for the individual person. Maybe for you it wouldn't be worth it, but that dosen't make it wrong for someone else to stand up for what they believe is right.
So you could have been shooting it for about a month now.
We all suppose it was not specified ‘the shipping condition can change at any time’. Op did not show if his invoice included free shipping. It should have been inscribed on it. No matter that, the $15 is an additional charge over the free shipping because the carrier change over.
I doupt very much there is no fine print that state that additional charges can occurs. There is also no reasons to doubt that the dealer have written shipping policies in those crazy time.
Anyway, the OP is in a bind, nothing have changed in a month, he is the one screwed by sitting stubbornly on $15, with no gun.He is not paying full shipping..additional charges..$15 for god sake. This is just ridiculous.
My guess is that he will be refunded and end up with no gun, since it was what the dealer stated to him if he was no paying the additional charge.This is how that story gonna end.
Well I had emailed the Ontario CFO again and she looked into it again and found that Tenda lied about a few things to her and did some things they were not allowed to do legally speaking and she had to give them a slap on their pee pee which apparently kicked over a hornets nest there because today I had multiple calls and emails from their accounts manager and multiple phone calls from their owner all trying to figure out how they can fix all the things they F'd up so that was something![]()
Going to have to see what they come up with because they done messed themselves up pretty good and I am not going to help them fix it since it was entirely them that dug the hole and jumped into all on their own.

Lol ! This make me laugh. Were is your gun OP ? If they had done anything illegal..the gun would have been on your way. I do not believe one minute the CFO will get involved in a business transaction where the problem is money.
There is nothing illegal telling the CFO they don’t ship because of an outstanding amount.

And, hey, I remember you were the guy that posted if the transfers were stopped by govt action you’d keep the money so mentioning $15 is calling the kettle black, wouldn’t it.

This was never about the money or even the gun ! This was about the store employees telling me they have powers of a CFO and the ability to revoke ownership if they decide to, I told them they didn't and they said watch us and so I did watch them. They did revoke my ownership using their business portal by lying to the CFO office saying I had cancelled my order and returned the firearm to the store which I 100% never did. So that was where the CFO got involved as the store does not have CFO powers to revoke registrations. They do have some leeway as a business if a buyer cancels they can transfer the gun back to them to resell. However as I have stated multiple time I never cancelled my order I never returned it to the store or asked for a refund so that was where they messed up and why the CFO did call them and smack them about it and left them scrambling to re-register the firearm back to me which they now have. I have also tonight been contacted again by the owner who has agreed to ship me my firearm as soon as they get the the new transfer approval which I just got emailed tonight as well so it should be shipped tomorrow or monday.
So for all the people going on about it being about money or that if only I just paid more I could have had a gun to shoot well again it was never about the money and I have an extensive collection of handguns so I have never been unable to go shooting. I stood up to a store employee who threatened to do things they had no authority to do and I called them on it and when they did do it I let the CFO office know what they did and they called and told them they cannot do that. I did it so that in the future they will know what they can and cannot do to customers and hopefully the attitude of the store employees will have been fixed. I have heard on this thread that many many others have had the same issues with the employees. The owner also assured me tonight he would look into the policies and procedures of his store.
So as of tonight this issue seems to have been resolved and my firearm will be shipped with no further issues
