What happened to the 14.5x114 ammo/cases that you were supposed to get made by some factory in Romania?

What's the minimum quantity for an order? I'd buy at least 1000 rounds if they were $5-7 per round or less.
How much does the surplus stuff usually sell for in eastern Europe? (i know that we cant get it, im just curious)
 
Ammo is a real problem, as NRCAN seems to have decided than anything over 12.7mm is evil.

Cases would be a minimum of 20 tons, say 100,000ish
 
So would it be safe to say that there is no hope for PTRD/PTRS owners?

Its not surprising that NRCAN is not allowing any ammo in, but what about empty cases? Werent you planning on ordering a run of 14.5mm reloadable cases with .50bmg primer pockets from somewhere?
As far as i know, NRCAN has nothing to do with that...

I know some people in Russia that can get me fired 14.5 brass cases for 25 cents each, but they cant be exported out of Russia.

What would be the approximate price per case, in Canada (after shipping, permits, etc) if you ordered 20t ?
Also, how many cases (rough estimation) do you think you would be able to sell in Canada?

Im just trying to think of a way to make this work...
