Let me start over again with a little bit of help.

I purchased a Lee Pro 1000. I broke and fixed the decapper pin. At this point I tried to reload 75 rounds but only was able to get 25 rounds properly. It would seem as though I am having difficulty to prime the casings. It wont sit properly.
Can someone either give me pointers or refer me to a site as a point of reference, or is there a manual for a priming system.

You can understand I am anxious and when I was unable to do this it did get fustrated, and fustrated that I had received no feedback in 24 hours.

Thanks for those who responded and for the others and their comments about my expressions I`m sure we have all been in a situation we felt anxious to do something we enjoyed but unable to do so, therefore resulting in disappointment or anger.

If you can assist please do so.

I can relate to your frustration with the Lee. I have spent countless hours trying to figure it out and have received some great advise from this forum.

If you have had problems with your primers and have tried to put powder in you have to tear this thing apart and clean it up. The powder gets in the primer trough and won't let the primers slide into the proper position. Also the powder builds up inside under the shell plate and causes you grief.

You also might have to adjust your alignment on your shell carrier to line up better.

As for the deprimer pin getting broke I don't have enough info from you on that.

If you are ram jamming this press it will break stuff. It is more like making love and you have to move with it and instead of ramming it to get good results:cool:

Well, I like a happy ending. I am often more than a little disappointed when the OP does not come back with an outcome from all the sage advice given in threads like this.
Maybe this thread is not a good example but its nice to know the outcome.

It helps us all learn and yes maybe it even helps me sleep better. :)

People with jobs don't post during the morning. That, and you haven't allocated for time spent deciphering your post.

I haven't been unemployed for 30 years and I have mornings off regularly. Not everyone is stuck in an 8-5 monday to friday type job.

Good response. I, too work wonky hours, and will often spend a morning reading and posting. I have worked for 44 years and have never been unemployed either. :p:p
