can any gunsmith help me build this shotgun?

hello

i would like to try and build this navy seal duckbill shotgun from vietnam.(minus the finish)
is there a gunsmith or one you could point me to who might do the work?
the gun i have is ontop the duckbill on the bottom. its really just the choke and the mag extension and clamp.

Trust me on this, you'll want the sawed off edges on the remaining grip to be more rounded. It'll quickly remove your palm otherwise.

What was the idea of the duckbill? A pattern spreader? I'd say "door knocker" so it could be put against something and not have a dangerous pressure buildup. But it seems like an odd shape for that use.

it was used in Vietnam supposed to be a lateral shot spreader.supposedly it never worked because they use steel shot and the choke was designed to be used with lead shot.i just want it for looks though it does not need to work. also i would keep the full stock for shooting. if i used a pistol grip it would only be for display.
