Can anyone confirm the thread pitch of the 9mm X95?

Hi everyone,

I have X95 in 9mm that I would like to swap out the muzzle device on. According to the below link, it is 1/2"x36 (or the same as Colt I believe):

But I have a thread protector from a 9mm Colt but its inside diameter is too small to fit my X95. Anyone able to confirm size and/or thread pitch?

I'm sure someone out there has one of these in their safe and a few different threads on various muzzle devices laying around. Any advice would be appreciated.

Or maybe do I take my factory flash hider to a machine shop and have them confirm the thread for me? Would that work?

Just go to a tool supply place and buy a pitch gauge and take a reading not that expensive and they are always handy to have around.
