Can anyone help me identify this 1911 barrel?

It's a 1911 barrel in .45ACP. No markings whatsoever besides the "M" and "P" on the left side of the barrel link lug. Anyone know who originally manufactured it?

It was one of three .45 barrels that came with a US Army M1911 (circa 1918) several years ago. Needless to say, this barrel is a little newer than the gun it came with.

No, that Colt is long gone, I was just going through the old miscellaneous parts and was curious as to its manufacture.
