Can anyone help me with my 10/22? (Mag Seating)

I have a 10/22 that seems to have an oversized/out of spec magwell. Magazines can rock front to back when fully inserted in the magwell.

The plunger (mag latch) seems to have a weak spring, allowing the mag to rock front to back. This causes feeding issues.

Just wondering if anyone else has seen this?
 
Take your mag plunger out and lightly sand or buff around the outer edges as well as the plunger hole in your trigger group.
Also...take the spring and stretch it out slightly.
 
Its fairly common. Ensure the mag is seated and pushed forward. Keep your arm off it, don't use it like a vert grip and avoid resting it on anything.
