Can anyone help on this situation

Hello I've started reloading 223 recently and as the picture shown I have a little situation around the rim. It doe's that only with the reloaded ones factory ammo no problems.They are pmc brass that I shot brand new! So here's my questions what is causing that? Can it damaged my AR? What should i do so it doesn't do that anymore?

look for primer piercing
this means either your pressures are too high or your primers are too soft.
 
in my experience PMC brass is a bit thicker and that would explain higher pressures.
but then again, do try CCI 450 (magnum) primers or CCI41 and let us know

Have you reloaded the factory brass you've shot, with the same load data as the Pmc, to see if it happens with it too and whats your load data?
 
That bright ring around the base is a sign of excessively high pressure, you need to back off your load. Then make a workup load starting at the suggested starting load and learn to read your brass for pressure signs.

Did your cases have any of the marks below of the brass flowing into the ejector, or ejector marks?

no kidding hey? I have an 8mm mauser loaded in a PMC case and I was randomly weighing cartridges last night and I noticed that one of them was 6 grains heavier!!! I pulled the bullet and weighed the powder and projectile just to make sure I wouldn't blow it up. Powder was actually about .3 down, and the projectile was perfect. it was all in the PMC case!

definitely less space in there when shaking the cartridge in comparison to the others.

Try another shot with the face of the bolt in focus, you can't see enough detail in that pic to do much good.
Hold it back a bit farther, or set the bolt down on a flat surface so your hand doesnt move while you're taking the pic.
