Can anyone I.D. this round?

The one on the far left. The middle is .22 short and the right is .22 lr. All I know is that ti is .22 cal. and made by Dominion.

That would be a CB cap

Yup, CB cap. There are 2 similar versions of this. The first is a musket cap (essentially) with a .22 lead round ball seated in it - this is called a BB cap. Later, they did the same thing, except substituted the round ball with a tiny pointed bullet, which they called a CB cap. When you see Remington CB 22's for sale (short or long), they are roughly replicating these CB caps. The BB and CB caps were mainly for Parlor or Gallery shooting indoors in the good 'ol days.
