Can anyone identify what setup he's probably using in this video?

Rifle with config/optics etc.

Not the best video, but something many of you have surely seen before.

He's a Blackwater operator in 2004 on a roof in najaf, Iraq.

That's Haley - looks like a fairly straight foward AR probably - given his background - an M16A4 SAMR. Kevin B would know, could be a KAC rifle.

Saw that the guy AK was on safe while menacing him with it... Draw is .45 and shot him twice in the head point blank.

That's the one. Some of the most riveting story-telling I've ever seen in a setup like that.

I really didn't expect it to go down the way it did, the way he tells it, seems like its about to turn into an arrest or something.

In fact I had a debate with one of my co-workers, him arguing that a different choice in that moment could have ended in a disarm and arrest. But the chances of that would have been different.

But the fact is, killing that guy had the highest chance of Hayley himself coming out okay. And it's hard to call that a wrong course of action.

Made for an interesting chat, that's for sure.
