Can anyone recommend a good meat cutters in the greater Vancouver area?

Sumas meats is the only place I will take it and that is only if I am not able to do it myself

Stay away from that company in south Surrey that has a short lil black bird in a black and white tuxedo .
The current hunting regulations have a few listed for region 2 Lower mainland , err Metro Vancouver.
Not to mention several advertise in each section /region in the regs as well.
