can i get a HOWA in 300WBY?

my dads friend wanted to buty a weatherby vanguard in 300weatherby mag,

i thought, why not just buy a HOWA?

so do you guys know where i can find a HOWA in 300weatherby? Stainless , synthetic stock

I don't know............but Doug Rayn'er, Lancer, Sask. has a beutiful, Thumbhole Laminate Howa in .300 win MAg.

Yes you can buy a vanguard in 300wby.However it only has a 24" barrel so you won't gain much velocity over the 300win mag.The only difference is that you will be paying twice as much for weatherby brand factory loads.The 300weatherby factory loads made by companies other than weatherby are so mild that if you use them,you might as well have a 300win mag.

No howas in 300wby that I can see.

If you want a cartridge with more velocity than the 300winmag,go to the 300ultramag.It offers more velocity than the 300wby,and in reasonably priced rifles.Factory loads are also cheaper if you don't handload.

vanguard is made by howa for weatherby.same action,just different bolt sleeve & stock. They are made in Japan in same factory. Also mossberg is made there. I hope that clears that up.
