can I replace the Armalite upper receiver with Stag arms one?

I've ordered one Armalite AR M15 with A2 upper receiver. If someday I want to insall a flat-top receiver, can I replace it with the stripped Stag arms receiver? I may order one Stag Arms stripped receiver from armseast. if it's not doable, is there any good deals for stripped armalite A4 receiver? Thanks.

Stag has better quality, isn't it? and I can't find any dealer selling stripped Armalite upper receivers....

You don't want the A4 because it has the M4 cut. Get an A3 upper.

Flat top uppers lead to All kinds of Nasty BUIS and Holo,reddot and other kinds of optics,Oh my.

Armalite is good ,as is STAG,the only thing about getting a STAG upper for a Armalite lower is ,the Armalite is Darker ,almost Black in colour.But ,thats just looks.

Yeah, I know, so I'm buying one with fixed handle. and I like the plain Jane looks, no fancy stuff needed for now.
