Can I resize 270 WSM to 300 WSM?

I have about 40 pieces of range pick up 270 WSM and I have a 300 WSM rifle. I just ran one of the 270 WSM brass through my press and it looks to be the same dimensions as my 300 WSM brass... with the naked eye of course. Has anyone done this and what were the results? I am just looking to make some range plinkers with Hornady 150 grain FMJ bullets.

Can't see why not. Probably split the thinned out necks on firing, but worth a try.

Why waste good 270wsm brass for readily available 300wsm brass?
One can sell the 270wsm and buy the other.
But, if one wants to play for the sake of trying, fill ye bootz.

Done it plenty of times. I use it for bore sighting or fouling shots after cleaning. Works plenty good.

I just want it for plinking. Thank you. As long as it is safe for me and the rifle I am getting what I want.
