Can I sell my newly prohibited Accuracy International AX308 to someone in the US?

To be fair that part of the OIC is not super clear it lists the 50
Cal models then says just plain AX right next to it.

(b) Accuracy International AW50;
(c) Accuracy International AS50;
(d) Accuracy International AX;

Fair enough but it is listed under the heading of guns over 10,000 joules. A 308 or even a 338 Lapua doesn't hit those joules.
