Ok, so , now I am paranoid. :)

So how much do I sell this ammo for? and where and or to whom?

Suggestions?

I know this is not the best 9mm carbine, but i can't afford much more than the $850 i paid for it. I don't drive a Porche , but my Chevy Silverado work just fine. :)

Have a great day everyone!

Your carbine will be just fine with commercial 9mm ammo such as PMC Brass 115gr or 124gr loads. As for your hot Canadian 9mm ammo, I would ask for the same amount that PMC Brass sells for. Make sure you sell it with the proviso/warning that it is at least +P, if not +P+ and ought to be fired only in a sturdy modern metal PCC.

I've fired CF 9mm in a pistol, there is no question about it being hot. Just like real Mk VII ball versus commercial hunting ammo in a 303, it's a different species of power. I've never shot 9mm before that could make your hand tingle, think of it being like shooting 357 instead of 38 special. To see the difference between real 9 and US 9 check out the SAAMI spec versus the CIP spec for the round and add a good 15%. There's nothing wrong with your Kel Tec, but it's a "38 special" and that ammo is definitely "357".

It seems I actually chronogrphed this ammo at one point from a Ruger PCC. 1366fps, that is faster than average commercial but lags behind most other NATO ammo I have tested which is usually closer to 1400. IVI '92 apparently did 1464! I wish I could source a bunch of that...

Ok thanks for all the info everyone, glad i researched before loading into my S2K

Now, where can I go online to sell this stuff?

I do see lots of places online selling this ammo, but i think its all USA sites.

I had no idea, so looked it up ... Union Metallic Cartridge Company (UMC) merged with Remington in 1912. Same power / grain-and-speed as the Blazer Brass, same sale price, but a little cleaner? Trying different ammo is part of the fun!

Be happy with your choice in PCC - the S2K does nearly everything the premium non-restricted 9mm carbines can do, and a couple of things they can't - at a cost notably less than viable alternatives.

@joemanco

Thanks for the uplifting reply!

I bought 2 50 round boxes for $23 each.

Whenever i fire them I will let you know how it goes.

@jparent

Not sure i have a week to read all those docs for selling, hehe..

Thanks for the tip. When i have a bit more time on my hands i will go through the selling docs.

Thanks again!

So which does a S2K fit in here?

5 cartridges for most magazines designed for a semi-automatic centre-fire long gun; or
10 cartridges for most handgun magazines

I guess I would caution on the side of 5?

Thanks..

We're not allowed to name or link to it on CGN, but there's a site called gun and post with a dot and a ca at the end... I've bought a bunch of boxes of JHP Winchester from a local for a very nice price a couple of years thanks to that site, and a couple of .22lr rifles as well, besides selling some accessories and an old Savage for a friend. Never had a problem with it. Just make sure you're selling to someone you can confirm has a valid PAL before committing to a sale and you'll be fine.

I would be very carful with that ammo it’s pretty hot as it’s made to run in an smg and an all steel browning highpower I would not trust this in a kel crap lol sorry kel tec

Unless they have recently changed the CGN rules there is no restriction in naming companies that are not CGN paid sponsors (I am one). As far as I know the only limitation is posting a live link to those non sponsoring companies. Phil.

Well it has been a couple of years since I tried posting the name of that buy & sell site (which is similar to Craigslist in nature) and had the word appear as *******, so perhaps that has changed.
