First, I want to say tanks to Guntech, jerry Mystic precision, Gary Bighorn sales and all others who took time to answer my questions
this build would have been a lot harder without their help

I started with a 700 SPS DM action got here used (watch out, DM action dont work with a BDL flor plate):HR:
Riflebasix erv-3 trigger
wanted to go canadian made with the barrel and delay was intersting with B7 (Robert Bessette) .308 1-10 26 inch
HS precision stock which I added a tacpro rest and made an adjustable butt
warnes 20 moa base
TPS high rings
sightron 8-32 lrmoa

and I used a PTG 308 win match reamer neck .341

and yes I used a chineese KING can lathe 14-40 ( its all by budget allows)

Hot damn.

Very nice.

Looks like the high rings were required with the barrel contour?

What upgrade did you like the best or thought was most valuable / best results for cost?

the scope was just clear of the barrel with med rings but couldn't use the flip caps
got a set of high last week on EE I will switch the med on the swede 96 to replace the warnes sometimes

I cannot say what ungrade is best, because I started from a bare action
I didn't recut the thread because I dont feel confident enough yet and from lapping, only the receiver face was off a little. mabe when I rebarrel I will do if its not sold
the erv-3 trigger is great but I dont feel it is any better than the lv1
