hi all. I just purchased a Ruger PC9 and have questions about what ammo I can shoot with. Is 124 gr acceptable, or should i stick with 115gr?

also wondering if anyone has reviews on stv scorpio 124 gr 9mm.

You can shoot any weight bullet you want, it's the same cartridge. They will most likely shoot to a different point of impact but there is no safety risk. Personally I shoot handloads with Campro 124gr bullets out of my Ruger carbine.

I have run 115, 124 and my favourite, 147gr through my Ruger PC Carbine. Various brands including Winchester WB, S&B, Fiocchi, Federal AE, Federal Syntech, Scorpio, CCI Blazer, Magtech, even my Gold Dot G2 defensive ammo. Not a single issue. The Ruger PC Carbine is pretty versatile that way.
