Can no longer post in Equipment Exchange.

Just wondering why I can no longer post in Equipment Exchange?
I've been a member for a few years now and have previously bought and sold here.
I have posted an ad in EE as recently as last week.
Now when I try to post it says I don't have privileges.
My feedback score also seems to have been eliminated.
