Can one lose his Black Badge?

Hi,

I have not been shooting for the last 3 years because of life. I wanted to get back to shooting IPSC, but couldn't find any paper work r/e my Black Badge Course completion, and no recollection of my IPSC membership/or member ID.

Is there a way to retrieve my information, or I should just sign up for another Black Badge and be really mindful next time?
