can some body tell me roughly what one of these are worth

i am shopping for my first handgun,and do not have any experience with used handgun prices. a guy at work offered me a vostok .22 like the one in the pic with case and spare parts for the same price as a new norinco .22?
if it functions properly is it a better deal than the norinco?

that is a great 22, it never hurts to see if you could get a lower price but the last vostok i saw for sale was 300$

Some of the ones with the wieghts are 22 short rapid fire guns,
They are all nice guns, very well built, the only down side would
be if you wanted a holster gun.
I sold one like your pic. 10 years ago for something like 450.oo-5oo.oo
and the standard models for 300.oo.
The latest models came in a plastic box.

got it, but no barrel weights. it came with the wooden case,spare parts,and not a scratch on the pistol $200

the guy i bought it from figures it is worth more but he just wants to get back what he paid for it.

but it is not marked as to what size .22 it fires and the guy i am buying it from isn't sure, he hasn't used in over 12 years so how can you tell

Just look at the magazines... it should be obvious if it's for 22short or not.

The 22lr magazine should look like the left.

If you ever get serious about bulleye shooting, there is a guy in Hungary that makes nice ISSF legal target grip.
