Like m39a2, I'm not too fond of shooting someone elses reloads, but you said you'd pulled a bullet and confired the load. Bullet diameter is also a major consideration. Next, what are you intending to shoot these loads in? The reason I ask is in a heavy N-frame revolver, Keith's load of preference was 13.5grs of 2400 using his 170gr SWC. I've used that load in a S&W model 27, 28 and in my Python and its worked well. In addition, listed in the old Lyman 1st Edition Handbook Of Cast Bullets, under special high velocity loads (for heavy frame guns only) there are a couple of loads using 148gr HB & 150gr GC bullets with a charge of 13.5grs of 2400.
The loads, depending on what you're shooting them in, may be a little warm but should be OK.

Thks Johnn \ Fall Guy,,, me thinks "if" I do decide to use them, they better go in my 586... I fully agree with the "don't shoot someone's else's reloads", but 800 "free" rounds is very tempting....

Just a suggestion, as an added precaution, pull a couple more bullets and check loads.

"...3.6gr Bullseye with 150 SWC..." That's a maximum load for that bullet weight. Not unsafe, unless somebody else loaded it.
2.0 to 3.6 of Bullseye with 2.5 to 2.8 being the long time target loads for a 148(150 is close enough) grain cast bullet.
Alliant is listing 2400 as a magnum powder. My old Lyman book gives 11.0 as the max for that bullet weight. 11.0 is the starting load for a .357 mag for that bullet weight using a gas check. 11.0 to 15.0. Mind you, if Alliant is not recommending 2400 for .38's it likely means they've changed the formula.
I'd be inclined to pull all of 'em and load 'em myself. That way you'll know exactly what's in 'em.
"...but 800 "free" rounds..." Yep. It's hard to argue with 'free'.
Your 586 shouldn't have any issues with 'em. Unless the guy who made them didn't load them properly. Just be sure to clean the cylinder chambers afterwards. There'll be a ring of lube gunk in each one.

Firing somebody else's reloads is like sleeping with your best friend's wife..you're asking for trouble.

Pull them apart, save salvageable components. A lot of work, but less expensive than a KBoom revolver, lost finger or wounded body part !
