Can someone please explain to me an easy way to post photos on this Forum.

Or become a team member and post directly from your computer without needing a hosting service.

Become a team member----that sounds like an Idea!

I would like to post directly from my computer!

How does one become a team member?

I have had items for sale and I have not been able to post photos.
That is no way to try and sell stuff!

I had been using Photobucket since August 1 2008----it worked perfectly.
I started having problems in 2019----many emails to Photobucketsupport was a frustrating experience.

I struggled to upload two photos today of my HSc and Femaru rigs that I have for sale on the 12.6 Forum.
I am at the point of considering deactivating them and selling them on Collector's Guild as dewats.

I paid Photobucket $5 today just to open my program----I think that I used to spent $24.95 USD ($34.03 Cdn) per year to use Photobucket.
It used to work very well and I used it a lot.
It is not a matter of cost ---as long as it works well.

Thanks for all of the suggestions for alternative hosting services.

Why would you waste your money on Photobucket if you can get it FREE on Imgur and upload your pictures in 20-30sec? Imgur works well and even better than Photobucket.
Just my 2 cents.

$25 team membership. Very easy to post pics.

Just remember to RESIZE the pics so they don't take a half hour to open.

Clicked on the little picture frame. Selected computer. Opened photo library. Selected photo. Selected Open. Uploaded. Fast and easy.

Thanks for all of your suggestions.
The problem that I am having with Photobucket is the LINK function is no longer working---maybe I have now to pay for this function to work---I am waiting to hear back from Photobucket support.
For years it worked very well.
Now when I press LINK for IMG Codes it says please upgrade for access. I don't care if it costs a little bit more---I just want it to work.
I more than 3300 photos on Photobucket in two albums----I also have them on my computer in photo files on an external hard drive.
SO it it is not like I am losing my photos if I walk away from Photobucket.

I frequent another forum quite regularly----'Civil War Talk Forum'.
Posting photos there is very easy from your computer---there is an ATTACHMENT box below the text you want to upload.

I noticed there is a lot of anti gun/left wingers on Imgur.

Not that it matters but all my firearm posts on Imgur seem to get trolled by those people. Hilariously misinformed comments and a bunch of dislikes on the photos. So if you use Imgur turn off notifications and comments.

I think the best option is to use this website to post pictures, even though the process to upload is clunky AF. Especially if you are trying to delete a photo that you accidentally uploaded.

Buy the cheapest membership, it's worth it.
