Hey guys, really thinking about an m4 lately, Can someone measure the length of their loading port opening on the bottom? Google isn't helping me today, I would be using it for 3 gun and want to know how long it is, the versamax is 3 7/8" which is optimal for doubles and quads. Hoping the m4 is somewhere in the same ballpark,
Thanks in advance!

Yea ended up buying a Versamax yesterday instead, Still really want the M4 one day, it's been a dream gun since I was a little kid, Messaged a few guys now and no one replied, they they arnt interested in a few grand.

The one problem I have with the M4 is that the aluminum receiver gets all peened and dinged around the ejection port from ejecting shells. It looks like sh## when its all mashed up like that, and is kind of a lame design in that regard...but everything else is awesome. Someone needs to design and market some kind of accessory that prevents this....

If you come out to one of CDTSA 3gun match you can test drive my M4. Its fine for dropping deuces. Never tried quad loading with it though.
Still to this date out of all the guns I have the M4 puts the biggest smile on my face. Just a FUN gun to shoot.

I'll be out to all the Milo 3 gun matches Joka! I would love to give it a whirl

You should never buy something new that can handle 10 trillion rounds being shot out of it. Used M4's go for under 2000 all the time!
I wasnt going to buy a new m4, I was going to make an offer on the one in the EE, but no reply, so ended up buying an almost new versamax tactical and saved a bit of money too!

A friend just bought a versamax. They're really nice, can't ask for much more out of a shotgun when they function the cheapest target loads you can find!
