When there is a will there is always a way. Just cut the feed in the dust cover and feed lips to guide the stripper clips and presto.

My second hand T81 came with a whole pile of accessories including a 3D printed guide that goes on the mags for loading with stripper clips. That being said, the one I have doesn't work great and I tend to just load loose rounds by hand
