Can this old deactivated revolver be put back to life ???

I have that Old Revolver , that im not sure where I got it. Could be a toy , could be real who know ? One thing is sure it would need another gun to fix it. Check it out maybe you know what it is. Only thing written on it PAT.nov.4.1879

How was it deactivated? maybe it is just broken? It is probably rimfire in .22, or .32. If its a 22 it would be a restricted or prohib, but a .32rf can be antique

Problem Solve , it's Prohibited because it is a .22
So it will stay DEWATT
