Can this pistol-grip&flashlight forend be used on a shotgun?

Looks like it requires a rail to mount to, so unless the shotgun has a rail...as for the flashlight I guess you could keep your index finger straight or something like that. Check out this site, they have one you might be interested in.

while perusing the stock at wolverine supply(cgn dealer), i came across 2 other options like this.
one is a surefire with a pressure switch of some sort, but they are very pricey($500-900).
and the other was made by CAA, and was 70 or 80 bucks,maybe a little more, but its switch was thumb operated at the rear so it wouldn't interfere with your finger wrap around.
as for a rail, i mounted an ergo tri rail forend on my grizz and i like it alot.
