Can u use the spindle valve from m305 on usgi gas chamber

I have a usgi gas chamber and a norq gas chamber I need a spindle valve and spring for my usgi has chamber. Can I take the norqs spindle valve a spring and install it on the usgi gas chamber

Your better off buy one IIRC I had to buy a new one because the norc didnt my new cylinder.
