This has been covered in a couple very recent threads. Do a search
All stocks that convert a firearm to the "bullpup" config are classified as prohibited devices in canada.

A firearm manufactured in the bullpup configuration is a completely different animal in the eyes of the firearms act. Due to this, certain bullpup firearms are legal to posess and import.

In short.... If it's an accessory that changes the firearm to a bullpup config, in canada, it's jail time

As for the other accessories, if the company has applied for and received export approval for each of their products, they can be obtained, but I don't know through whom.

Jean Cretin and his Lieberals deemed that bullpup stocks lead to yer #### falling off!

Seriously, bullpup stocks are prohibitied; end of story. :(

Don't even try to figure out the logic because we could not back in 1990's. :( f:P:

Play it safe!

...cause it came that way from the factory and the bullpup stock IS the receiver/firearm, and the rifle was designed from the outset to be a bullpup.

as the good doctor mentioned, what is illegal is an aftermarket stock that converts a rifle that was not originally a bullpup into a bullpup.

Canadian firearms laws are not about logic or common sense. A Mini-14 with a folding stock is the same length with the stock folded as a Mini-14 with a bullpup stock, but somehow the bullpup stock makes it shorter and more deadly. You will feel an irresistible urge to hide a bulpup conversion under your trench-coat and go rob banks with it...or something.

Same deal with short-barreled shotguns. You can buy a Dominion Arms 12Ga with a 8.5" barrel and it's NON-RESTRICTED, but if you take a Remington 870 and cut the barrel and magazine to the identical length, you've created a PROHIBITED weapon, and are looking to check into the crowbar hotel...
