can we talk $300/$400 range import tactical shotguns?

100% agree.
Have a couple DA Grizzly's and they're good for the money (wasn't impressed with the amount of little tweeking to get various things to fit though).
However, my Express has slightly better machining & finishing and definitely has a better trigger. For all the whining I've seen about Express's gotta say they are no where near as bad as I've read. Biggest problem seems to be chamber needing polishing. No big deal. People even make way too much about the extractor. It's not a problem.
Great 18.5" pistol grip, ghost-ring, chrome bore shotgun! I own four of them! Three in digital camo, and one all-black (the skull version doesn't do anything for me...). My first has about 1000-1500 rounds use, mostly slugs (rifled or not), and continues to shoot better than ever. I have a longer "review," if you search Weatherby PA-459... Thanks. -- Mike
