Can you buy a PPSh-41?

Are there any non-restricted variations of the PPSh-41 available? I am hoping somebody have developed a semi-auto version over the years?
When I has part of National Guards in East Europe I received this rifle for personal training,is a very ugly gun.
In the 80's, in Europe, I had a chinese copy. It was made in 1954.
I bought it for a very cheap price.
But compared side by side with the original Russian PPSh,
there were notable differences, not necessarily quality-wise,
but in the manufacturing process.
I remember the shield was different, the stock shape,
as well as some small parts.
I kept it for few months and I traded it for a Spanish Destroyer.
