Can you buy direct from Fulton?

The simple answer, no. Why: A) they don't want to sell to us. B) The M14 rifle is on the restricted list and requires export permits to leave the US. So do the vast majority of it's parts, and the US gov't takes it's time issuing permits and charges really high fees for the priviledge of exporting. Last but not least C) Canada is a really small market with access to a large supply of really high quality, really cheap rifles from China that are almost identical in form and function. These rifles will accept GI parts, but don't need to in order to function very acceptably.

what ian_in_vic just said.

I used to buy lots of parts and goodies from Clint at Fulton Armory. That was back in the day when we bought REAL USGI M14's from Lever or MilArm for $ 400 apiece.

FA was shipping all kinds of stuff to Canada back in 1986, 87, 88, and 89

Damn those were the good ole days..... 20 and 30 rd magazines.... CA rifles without any 12.X crapola.

Cheers,
Barney

I've purchased direct from Fulton 3 times in as many months. Can't order on the website, can't call it in because they say no as soon as you give them your Canuck address, but everytime I've faxed in an order I've received my product. YMMV.
