The simple answer, no. Why: A) they don't want to sell to us. B) The M14 rifle is on the restricted list and requires export permits to leave the US. So do the vast majority of it's parts, and the US gov't takes it's time issuing permits and charges really high fees for the priviledge of exporting. Last but not least C) Canada is a really small market with access to a large supply of really high quality, really cheap rifles from China that are almost identical in form and function. These rifles will accept GI parts, but don't need to in order to function very acceptably.
