Doesn't Questar have rock river arms AR pistols? I dunno about the 223's, but the 9mm ones are 10 shot.

Well you can buy AR's new line of pistols, which are a Turkish clone of the CZ. Not a bad looking pistol. There is also the Kel-tec 5.56mm pistol.

I bought a rra Ar15 anf the reg cert says handgun? if that helps?

just out of curiostiy if you buy an AR pistol do you still have to have 5rd mags cause they are AR mags or can you get the 10rders cause it's a pistol?? (refering to the .223 versions)

that is still a grey area. i know there are a couple of people trying that out right now.

Based on prior decisions it appears that Rock River Arms magazines made and stamped for use with the LAR-15 Pistols would qualify for 10 round capacity however, a final decision has not been made.

i asked that question when i was in the shop the other day, and i was told it was classed as a pistol, so repinning it to 10 shouldn't be a problem. but he might have be going on assumtion. i'll know for sure when i pick it up and request to have that done and it gets put through the reg.

my mistake, i actually was talking about the mags that came with the one i posted. it looks like they came pinned a 5 and we were discussing them in particular. but good to know about the regular mags, did not know
