EXACTLY - that was my point

I specifically said "at the same pressure" because there is no free lunch, and that is a direct answer to the question posed.

If you want to compare different pressure levels and play with the other variables, then it's possible to make anything match anything. But if you compare apples to apples, then more fuel will produce more energy, and more powder will produce higher velocity, period.
