Can you "ghost load?"

I became curious as to what guns on the market today will ghost load so I decided to try the ones I own.

Benelli Super Vinci - cannot ghost load

Beretta A400 Xtreme - can ghost load

Winchester SX3 Composite Deer - can ghost load

That's all I have so let me hear what u have and if u can or cannot ghost load!

Your benelli can. I saw an add in Wildfowl regarding a gun smith in the USA that was showing his customers how to do it and also modding other shotguns as well. Got him self a $15000 fine and had to pay to run an add in Wildfowl to inform his customers that its illegal for use during hunting where the 3 shell rule applys

I believe an 870 Remington can with the flexi-tab shell lifter thing.

You can float the 4th on an Xtrema2.

You can float the 4th on a SBEII and other Benellis with a small dab of JB weld and 2 minutes time.

Are you sure it works on the A400? My A400 Xcel with 2.75" shells I can only do it successfully on like 20% of my attempts, and if you get it wrong you have to totally unload, so not practical in my opinion.

Tried with my 1100, no dice. It almost works, but my bolt won't clear the shell.

It works easier on my A400 Xtreme then it did on my Xtrema2.

i have done it on a m1 super 90 that i used to own and have done it on a Beretta 1201 but for the life of me do not seem to be able to repeat it on the Beretta. i did it just to see if it could be done and i would not bother as it is a slow way to load a round .

Yes my A400 can for sure.. Pretty easy too I think the fact that its a 3.5" action helps!

being able to add an extra shell between the bolt and the lifter of the shotgun...there are some examples on youtube

Baikal MP153 can be ghost loaded. Or as folks say, 'float the fourth'.
