Definitely Hanyang Mausers, same as the German Kommissionsgewehr 1888 except that the Chinese rifle lacks the sheet-metal handguard.
Johnny Turk built up a very similar rifle in the late 1930s, the 1888/35, which was a surplus German-made 1888 action with a new heavy barrel, stocked-up like a 1903 Turkish-pattern Mauser. Nice rifle, practically worthless, and, boy! do they ever shoot nice.
